Need to decrease the holidays in government services

In the government services, there are 142 and 182 holidays. Is it good for our country? I think no, this is too bad for the growth of our country. The government employees always need to increase the salary but he is not serious for his work that is why the government sector is going backward, no one can trust on the government sector right now. So, this is the time to decrease the holidays and can increase the salary but with full working.

As we know that the corruption is too high in government sector because everyone is fully sured that their job is permanent.

The main moto of this writing that please you all fight for the growth of our country and it is possible when we take less vacation from the work. Therefore, the government has to decrease the holidays of government employees as like the private employees and increase the salaries on working basis not on time basis.

Corruption in Government Offices

Corruption a big name of present world which has affected all the regions of the world.
Not even a single country is safe from this disaster. Yes, it is a disaster because it is affecting our population too quickly. We are watching this but we are unable to remove this from our life because everyone wants to be rich from otherone. No one is thinking about the nation, everyone wants to fill the requirement of their personal life. This is growing in every field coz the population of selfish people is greater than the true people.

There are so many examples where the corruption is high as the electricity board office, treasuries, railway, development authorities of cities, R.T.O. office etc. These offices makes a week of corruption free but after that they all taking bribe for doing some work.

I am thinking if they are getting the payment from the government for that work then why they are taking bribe? They have to complete their work within time without calling that person to give the bribe for that work.

I want a promise from you all that you please stop this corruption and do not give the bribe to anyone. If we do so then they realize what they are doing. I knew it is not simple and we are in hurry everytime for our work but if we want to remove this disease then we have to fight for this.
